Relationship Manager, International Wealth & Investment

About the role

Standard Bank Offshore, the offshore arm of the Standard Bank Group, is looking for an International Wealth & Investment Relationship Manager to join its team in Jersey. The role manages a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, delivering tailored banking, lending and investment solutions while building trusted, long-term relationships. It is not open to relocation or sponsorship, and only Jersey residents are eligible to apply.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, handling enquiries, requests and instructions efficiently and professionally
• Liaise with Operations, Lending, Investments, Treasury, Trust, Compliance and Legal teams to facilitate client transactions
• Ensure adherence to compliance, legislative and regulatory requirements such as KYC and AML
• Develop an in-depth understanding of each client's financial circumstances, banking requirements and wealth objectives

Required profile

• First degree in Business, Commerce or a related field
• 5 to 7 years' experience in personal and private banking
• Strong experience in relationship management and client engagement
• Sound understanding of banking products, risk management and regulatory requirements
