Senior Officer – Funds & Institutional

About the role

IQ-EQ is seeking a motivated Senior Officer to join its Funds & Institutional team in Jersey. You will support the administration of institutional client portfolios, deliver high‑quality service and help grow an international client base, with occasional travel to other offices or client sites.

Key responsibilities

• Lead by example, embodying Group Values while delivering exceptional client service and driving operational efficiency.
• Mentor junior team members, oversee their work to ensure quality and compliance.
• Own client relationships, attend meetings, manage correspondence and identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain technical knowledge of fund structures, relevant laws and taxation across jurisdictions.
• Collaborate across teams, deputise for managers, and act as an authorised signatory.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of fund administration experience with a relevant professional qualification (e.g., ICSA) and active CPD.
• Strong knowledge of Jersey’s finance industry and fund services regulations.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Clear, professional communication skills, both written and verbal.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
