Relationship Manager, International Wealth & Investment

About the role

The Relationship Manager will grow, maintain and retain a portfolio of private banking customers, delivering personalized financial solutions that align with the bank’s value proposition. This role is based in Jersey and is not open to relocation or sponsorship.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively promote a relationship‑based offering as the primary point of contact for clients.
• Manage credit portfolios to minimise excesses, unauthorised overdrafts and overdue reviews.
• Ensure compliance with KYC, legislative and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and submit quality credit applications and conduct credit reviews as needed.

Required profile

• First degree in Business or Commerce.
• 5–7 years experience in personal and private banking, including sales, service and relationship management.
