Senior Manager, Fund Accounting

About the role

IQ-EQ is seeking a Senior Manager to lead fund accounting services for a key fund client. You will ensure accurate financial statements, investor reporting, NAV calculations and regulatory filings while collaborating with administration teams, auditors and regulators.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee production of financial statements, investor reports and Net Asset Value calculations.
• Manage regulatory reporting and ad‑hoc calculations, ensuring compliance with relevant laws.
• Provide technical leadership on complex client structures and transactions.
• Build and maintain strategic client partnerships and support client growth.
• Lead a high‑performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation and continuous learning.

Required profile

• Professional qualification such as ACCA, FCCA or CA(SA) with extensive fund services experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of fund administration, taxation and regulatory requirements across jurisdictions.
• Excellent analytical, numeracy and IT skills with attention to detail.
• Effective communication, relationship management and resilience in a fast‑paced environment.
