Relationship Manager

About the role

Join Barclays as a Relationship Manager within the Crown Dependencies team in Jersey. You will act as a trusted adviser to multinational fiduciary clients, delivering sales performance while managing risk and building long‑term relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of multinational fiduciary clients, providing banking, investment, foreign exchange and wealth‑structuring solutions.
• Maintain proactive contact, respond quickly to client queries, and understand each client’s strategy and financial needs.
• Identify and convert commercial opportunities, negotiate pricing, and construct credit proposals with risk analysis.
• Collaborate with global specialists to deliver holistic solutions and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
• Support end‑to‑end client experience, contribute to business change initiatives, and achieve revenue and asset growth targets.

Required profile

• Previous experience in financial services with a strong track record in client relationship management.
• Excellent relationship‑building, communication and influencing skills across a broad stakeholder group.
• Commercial awareness and ability to identify opportunities and negotiate effectively.
• Sound understanding of operating in a highly regulated environment.
