About the role

The Manager, Funds & Institutional will own a high‑value client portfolio, ensuring business KPIs are met and supporting the team to achieve commercial objectives. You will act as a key liaison for regulatory changes and drive new business through strong intermediary relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Take personal responsibility for a high‑value client portfolio and manage all related KPIs.
• Oversee commercial objectives, including revenue targets, billable utilization, recoverability, and cash collections.
• Assess impact and risk of regulatory and legislative changes on the business.
• Develop relationships with intermediaries to generate new business opportunities.
• Provide technical support to Client Administration Teams on complex transactions.

Required profile

• Professional qualification such as ICSA, CGI or equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant industry experience.
• Thorough understanding of laws related to fund services and ability to interpret legal documents.
• Risk‑aware with high integrity and commitment to equality and diversity.
• Experience working in the Jersey financial services industry.
