About the role
The Senior Manager – Funds will lead a high‑value client portfolio, ensuring excellent service delivery, profitability and strong client relationships while fostering a client‑centric culture and supporting business growth.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage a high‑value client portfolio, driving service excellence and business development.
- Oversee the Client Administration Team, ensuring accurate portfolio management, workload allocation and performance against KPIs.
- Improve processes, manage financial performance (revenue, utilisation, debtor control) and ensure efficient execution of financial and administrative activities.
- Provide technical leadership and risk oversight for complex client structures, ensuring regulatory compliance and robust risk management.
- Support new business development, mentor staff, identify training needs and promote a collaborative, high‑performance team environment.
Required profile
- Relevant professional qualification (ICSA, ACCA or equivalent) with extensive experience in fund services.
- Strong technical knowledge of fund administration, applicable laws, regulatory requirements and taxation across relevant jurisdictions.
- Excellent analytical, numeracy and IT skills with attention to detail in interpreting complex fund and legal documentation.
- Effective communication, relationship‑building abilities and a commitment to continuous development.
- Resilience and integrity in a fast‑paced environment, with the ability to manage workloads, meet deadlines and maintain a risk‑aware mindset.
