Graduate, Risk Assurance

About the role

PwC Channel Islands is recruiting a graduate for its Risk Assurance team in Jersey, at Associate level, with 37.5 contracted hours per week. The team works in the Assurance line of service, supporting internal and external clients in improving operations, reducing costs, managing risks and growing through the use of technology and data. The three-year programme covers four practice areas: Cyber Security and Tech Risk, Digital Audit, Data Assurance and Trust and Transparency Services.

Key responsibilities

• Build knowledge and experience across the four practice areas and develop foundational skills in cyber security, digital audit, data assurance and trust and transparency services.
• Provide advice and assistance to clients so they can use technology and data to innovate, reduce costs and manage risks.
• Study for the professional Chartered Accounting qualification over the three-year programme, supported by the team, career coach and buddy.
• Split time between client premises, the office and exam study, with some travel and busy periods during the year.

Required profile

• A 2.1 degree from any university, in any subject, or on course to achieve it.
• No work permit: candidates needing a work permit cannot be considered because of immigration restrictions in Jersey and Guernsey.
