Head of People and Culture – Jersey

About the role

The Head of People and Culture will provide strategic direction to the Country Leadership on all People & Culture (P&C) matters, aligning the local strategy with Group objectives and driving organisational transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Country P&C strategy in line with Group and Business Segment strategies.
• Act as a senior advisor to the Chief Executive, Country Exco and Board on talent, culture and change initiatives.
• Lead the full employee life‑cycle from talent acquisition to exit, including succession planning, performance management and learning.
• Champion organisational culture transformation and uphold the Bank’s ethical standards.
• Partner with business leaders to shape talent agendas, ensuring a robust pipeline of talent.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources.
• 5‑7 years experience as a P&C business partner in a multinational environment.
• Proven track record of driving people strategies and managing organisational transformation.
• Leadership experience working with senior executives in complex settings.
