Finance Operations Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Finance Operations Manager to join a leading professional services firm in Jersey. This hands‑on leadership position will oversee the full spectrum of finance operations, manage a high‑performing team, and drive continuous process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and banking functions.
• Manage cash flow and support month‑end reporting.
• Drive operational improvements and enhance finance processes.
• Act as the primary escalation point for finance operations.
• Coach, develop and support the Finance Operations team.
• Assist with internal and external audits.

Required profile

• Previous Finance Manager experience within a professional services environment.
• Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and cash management.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive approach with a passion for improving processes.
