About the role

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute audits for a variety of clients, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
• Prepare clear audit reports that highlight key findings and actionable recommendations.
• Maintain and develop trusted relationships with clients, acting as a primary point of contact.
• Supervise, mentor and support the professional development of junior team members.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent delivery of quality services.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and propose effective solutions.
• Meet audit deadlines while upholding high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
• Stay informed on industry developments and changes to accounting regulations.

Required profile

• Professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or an equivalent.
• Proven experience conducting audits within a professional services environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of accounting and finance principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor junior staff.
• Proactive problem‑solving attitude.
