Senior Administrator – Fund Services

About the role

Working closely with your manager, you will oversee a varied portfolio of private equity fund structures, delivering exceptional service to a diverse client base. This role offers the chance to build technical expertise, develop strong client relationships, and gain exposure to both regulated and unregulated investment structures.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of a diverse portfolio of private equity fund structures, delivering exceptional service to a high‑quality client base.
• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, becoming a trusted point of contact and delivering tailored solutions.
• Develop specialist expertise in fund administration, regulatory requirements and private equity structures.
• Partner with colleagues across the business to manage risk, ensure compliance and deliver outstanding client outcomes.
• Support team growth through knowledge sharing, mentoring and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Relevant professional qualification (or working towards one) such as ACCA, ICSA, CIB or STEP.
• Experience in fund, corporate or fiduciary administration.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, risk management and compliance within financial services.
• Excellent organisational, communication and relationship‑building skills.
• High attention to detail, commercial awareness and confidence to mentor colleagues.
