Senior Administrator (Asset Manager Services)

About the role

Ocorian's Asset Manager Services team helps asset managers manage the operational demands and complexity of growth, acting as an extension of their teams. This Senior Administrator role works closely with the Manager to oversee a varied portfolio of private equity fund structures, serving a diverse client base. It offers the chance to build technical expertise, develop client relationships and gain exposure to regulated and unregulated investment structures.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of a diverse portfolio of private equity fund structures and deliver exceptional service to a high-quality client base.
• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, becoming a trusted point of contact and helping deliver tailored solutions.
• Develop specialist expertise in fund administration, regulatory requirements and private equity structures.
• Partner with colleagues to manage risk, ensure compliance and deliver outstanding client outcomes.
• Support the team's growth through knowledge sharing, mentoring and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Relevant professional qualification (or working towards one), such as ACCA, ICSA, CIB or STEP, with experience in fund, corporate or fiduciary administration.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, risk management, compliance and client administration in a financial services environment.
• Excellent organisational, communication and relationship-building skills.
• High attention to detail, commercial awareness and the confidence to support, mentor and share knowledge with colleagues.
