About the role

This position offers an experienced Audit Senior the chance to join a leading professional services firm in St. Helier, Jersey. You will lead audit engagements for a diverse client base, ensuring compliance with standards while building trusted relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and review audit assignments for various clients, adhering to relevant regulations and standards.
• Prepare comprehensive audit reports that highlight findings and actionable recommendations.
• Maintain and develop strong client relationships, acting as a reliable advisor.
• Supervise, coach and mentor junior staff, supporting their professional growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high‑quality services and meet project deadlines.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and propose effective solutions.

Required profile

• ACA, ACCA or equivalent professional accounting qualification.
• Proven experience conducting audits within a professional services environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of accounting and finance principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities.
• Proactive problem‑solving attitude.
