Senior Sales Recruiter – APAC

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Sales Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition for commercial and go‑to‑market positions across India, Southeast Asia and the Pacific. The role will focus on hiring Account Managers, Business Development, Channel Sales and Customer Success professionals for an enterprise software company.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies in partnership with hiring managers.
• Source and attract top sales talent through job boards, social media, employee referrals and industry events.
• Screen, interview and assess candidates, providing recommendations to hiring managers.
• Negotiate offers and manage the full hiring process from start to finish.
• Maintain and optimise the applicant tracking system and candidate database.
• Build and nurture a network of professional relationships with candidates and industry contacts.
• Monitor market trends to keep recruitment practices competitive.
• Ensure a fair, unbiased process that supports AVEVA’s Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Wellbeing commitments.

Required profile

• 6+ years of end‑to‑end talent acquisition experience in a technology product or SaaS environment.
• Proven track record recruiting sales or GTM roles.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and labour laws in India, Southeast Asia or Australia.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and commercial stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
