Postdoctoral Fellow – Education Research & Program Evaluation

About the role

The School of Education at Saint Louis University seeks a Postdoctoral Fellow to support research, program development, and evaluation initiatives related to educator preparation and leadership. This term‑limited position offers the opportunity to advance your own research agenda while contributing to faculty projects.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct evaluation of Rising Teachers program graduates during their first year in the classroom.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data on teacher outcomes and prepare reports with recommendations.
• Assist with development and implementation of the Ed.D. in Leadership, supporting curriculum, assessment, and program evaluation efforts.
• Collaborate with faculty, staff, and partners on research initiatives, including grant writing and publications.

Required profile

• Doctorate in education or a related field (completed or near completion).
• Experience in education research or program evaluation.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.
• Preferred: experience with teacher preparation or leadership programs, proficiency in research methods and analytic software, and a record of scholarly writing.
