Manager, Technical Content Creator, Developer Experience

About the role

Mastercard is building the most developer‑friendly platform in payments. The Manager, Technical Content Creator, Developer Experience will translate complex API capabilities into clear tutorials, guides, videos, and training that accelerate onboarding and drive adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Create developer‑facing content such as tutorials, integration guides, blog posts, and videos.
• Develop and deliver training programs for internal product teams on API positioning and content best practices.
• Support developer advocacy through workshops, webinars, and community engagement.
• Partner with Marketing on content strategy, SEO, and AI‑driven discovery.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align content with product launches and roadmap priorities.
• Track content performance using data and metrics to inform improvements.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience creating content for developer or technical audiences.
• Background in developer relations, technical writing, or developer marketing.
• Experience presenting and delivering training to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Ability to build basic prototypes, sample apps, or code demos to support content.
