Junior Technical Project Manager

About the role

Mastercard’s Advisors & Consulting Services team is looking for a Junior Technical Project Manager to support client‑focused digital‑payments projects. In this role you will work closely with software development and product teams to ensure agile delivery and successful project outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage defined workstreams or small projects embedded within engineering, testing and product teams.
• Support agile delivery by tracking progress, managing risks and aligning outcomes with client objectives.
• Conduct complex analyses and prepare clear communications for clients and internal leadership.
• Develop practical recommendations and contribute to team discussions on analysis implications.
• Assist client staff with implementation tasks and ensure project deliverables are met.

Required profile

• Junior‑level professional with strong analytical and communication abilities.
• Comfortable working hands‑on with engineers, testers and product owners.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver results in a fast‑paced environment.
