About the role
Mastercard is seeking a Director of Product Management (Commercialization) to lead go‑to‑market and sales enablement for its Consumer Acquisition & Engagement (CA&E) portfolio across North America. The role will act as the strategic bridge between sales, product, and services teams to accelerate pipeline growth and revenue.
Key responsibilities
- Lead high‑impact sales engagement and enablement for CA&E solutions, including Mastercard Commerce Media, Marketing Services, Loyalty and Personalization.
- Partner with Sales Segment Leads, Services Business Leads, Account Managers and Product teams to align priorities and translate product capabilities into customer‑centric value propositions.
- Support client meetings, workshops and executive engagements to advance opportunities through the pipeline.
- Drive strategic positioning and commercialization in enterprise RFPs and large client opportunities, orchestrating cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Develop bundled and synergistic offerings for priority customer segments, leveraging existing products for complex commercial opportunities.
- Create and localize market‑specific content that enables sales teams to generate and expand pipeline.
Required profile
- Proven experience leading commercialization and go‑to‑market initiatives for digital payment or financial services products.
- Strong ability to collaborate with sales, product, and services stakeholders across large organizations.
- Demonstrated success in driving pipeline growth and revenue acceleration.
