Staff Grade General Adult & Perinatal Psychiatry Locum – Jersey

About the role

This is a Staff Grade locum position covering a 50/50 split between General Adult and Perinatal Mental Health services in St Helier, Jersey. The assignment runs from 10 August 2026 to 13 November 2026, Monday to Friday, 09:00‑17:00 with a 30‑minute break deducted.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver psychiatric assessment, diagnosis and treatment for adult patients.
• Provide specialised perinatal mental health care, supporting patients during pregnancy and the post‑natal period.
• Work within a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Required profile

• Valid GMC registration with a full Licence to Practice.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Minimum six months of medical experience in a similar psychiatry role within the UK.
