About the role
Clarivate is seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to support two senior leaders within its Intellectual Property Organization. The role requires a proactive self‑starter who can manage complex calendars, coordinate global travel, and drive key team activities while handling confidential information with discretion.
Key responsibilities
- Manage complex calendar and scheduling requirements for senior executives, including travel arrangements (domestic and international).
- Design and edit presentations, agendas, handouts, and meeting notes; drive follow‑up actions and track deliverables.
- Process expenses, purchasing, and time‑off requests on behalf of executives.
- Plan and execute events such as leadership retreats, client meetings, and annual planning sessions.
- Monitor executive inboxes during absences, ensuring urgent matters are addressed promptly.
Required profile
- 5+ years of high‑quality administrative support to senior leadership in a fast‑paced environment.
- Project management experience with strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Associate degree or higher.
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise professional discretion.
Required skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong PowerPoint presentation design and editing capabilities.
- Experience coordinating global travel logistics.
