About the role

Join Flannels, the luxury fashion retailer within the Frasers Group, as a Casual Sales Assistant. You will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering a polished and personalised shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome every customer warmly and provide tailored styling advice.
• Stay up‑to‑date with collections, brands and trends to make informed recommendations.
• Handle transactions accurately and maintain a flawless shop floor presentation.
• Replenish stock and prepare the store each morning to ensure it is trade‑ready.
• Promote loyalty perks, promotions and add‑on opportunities.

Required profile

• Confident, energetic and driven to deliver excellent service.
• Strong communication and people skills with a genuine passion for customer service.
• Team‑first mindset, reliable, flexible and able to adapt to a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Interest in designer and contemporary fashion.
